Workout Planning and Nutrition Tips

Want to change your lifestyle but don’t know how to get started? You will find everything in this package!

 

It consists of two occasions:

  • For the first time, we check your physical conditions (movement screening, body composition, health questionary, eating habits, nutrition diary)

  • For the second time, we are taking over a complete counseling and training plan. (what to eat, how to change step by step, and for what to pay attention, during your workouts, what you should not do or do, etc.)

Personal training

Before we start working together, we have to go trough the condition survey, with that I can make the workout plan 100% personalized, just for your needs.

 

Don't you like to train alone? No problem, bring one or two of your friends and you can improve the same way (following your own program) while having a good time! ;)

Status Survey and Consultation

It consists of three parts:

  • Functional Movement Screening with FMS: joint mobility stability, baseline motion pattern survey.

  • Body composition measurement with Tanita, with that you can find out your body: water%, muscle mass, fat%, visceral fat%, muscle distribution, fat distribution, and your metabolic age. We get a complete picture about your body, and set realistic goals.

  • Health questionnaire.

Nutrition Consultation and Planing

During the counseling session:

  • We go through the goals, previous habits, food sources.

  • Body composition measurement with Tanita, with that you can find out your body: water%, muscle mass, fat%, visceral fat%, muscle distribution, fat distribution, and your metabolic age. We get a complete picture about your body, and set realistic goals.

  • For last we talk through a health questionnaire too.

Massage

  • Swedish massage is a type of massage based on Western traditions. The classic Swedish massage covers the entire body, focusing on working through the muscles, tendons, and joints. It promotes the proper functioning of movement, relaxes painfully tense, and cramped muscles.

  • The Horus Massage Method is a "joint-mobilizing dynamic deep muscle kneading" technique, where the depth, direction, and execution dynamics of the kneading movements allow for the discovery and release of the body's muscle-joint movement blocks.

  • It is scientifically proven that pregnancy massage has beneficial effects on both the expectant mother and her baby. It is a safe, gentle, and relaxing treatment that can be confidently tried by anyone from the 12th week of pregnancy.
